Hey you beautiful people!
I hope this update finds you well! I'm pleased to report that the Weird A-Coloring to Al: Colored-In Special Edition is finished and available for purchase on Amazon. It is not, however, in stock because it is going to take Amazon some time (up to a month, alas) to print up gorgeous, hardcover, full-color books for me to send to you, particularly during the Christmas season. Amazon only recently started doing hardcover books, which I'm sure adds to the time crunch as well.
I'm unfortunately, subject to the same supply chain shortages that everyone else is.
I purchased 10 author copies of the hardcover from Amazon today even though I have not held a copy of the book in my hand and won't get my first author's copy until mid-December they said that the earliest they would arrive would be December 29th.
The hardcover is great and you will love the crap out of it but it looks like I will miss Christmas and end up sending them out in January. D'oh!
Also, I want to send out as few packages as possible, because shipping is VERY expensive, it's VERY expensive to print full-color, hardcover books and my profit margin for this particular project is very small so if you have not gotten a copy of the coloring book yet it's because YOU ORDERED THE HARDCOVER, COLORED-IN SPECIAL EDITION AND I WILL SHIP OUT EVERYTHING YOU ORDERED ALONG WITH THE HARDCOVER, COLORED-IN SPECIAL EDITION.
If you did not order the hardcover, full-color edition and still have not received your coloring book, let me know! I'll have a book sent to you ASAP!
Thanks for the support! The coloring book got off to a great start and the hardcover is the perfect complement to it. They really are two sides of the same coin and I can't wait to add them to my "Weird Al" Yankovic collection and yours!
